Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Raise Redline fundraising platform. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Us
Redline Percussion is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating life-changing performance opportunities for young performers. Raise Redline is our fundraising platform, built to help members and supporters contribute to that mission.
Donations
- All donations made through Raise Redline are voluntary contributions to Redline Percussion.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us at donate@performredline.org as soon as possible. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Redline Percussion.
- As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations to Redline Percussion may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not provide tax advice; please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
- A donation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. By completing a donation, you also agree to the terms of service of whichever payment processor you selected. We are not responsible for issues arising from those third-party payment services that are beyond our control.
Your Responsibilities
When using this platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when making a donation or creating an account.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Not misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of another person without their authorization.
Member and Staff Accounts
If you have a member or staff account on Raise Redline, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- All actions taken through your account.
- Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and design of the Raise Redline platform — including logos, text, and graphics — are the property of Redline Percussion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Raise Redline platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redline Percussion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or profits.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
